Michele is a consultant to startups and early-stage companies specializing in building business strategies, processes, and relationships that attract and retain the right customers. She is also a Performance Coach who holds four graduate degrees (exercise physiology, management, human development, and marketing) and is a Ph.D. candidate in Leadership Studies and Human Development with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. She has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles. She has been a business owner, Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Marketing, VP of Sales and Client Services, VP of Training & Development, and Chief Experience Officer in the healthcare, technology, higher education, and hospitality industries. As a consultant, trainer, coach, and mentor, Michele combines her education, communication skills, and commitment to excellence to help clients improve performance and achieve targeted goals.
She is also an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and competitive athlete, helping hundreds of people stay lean, brain fit, and spiritually strong. She has been a high school and collegiate volleyball coach and player, a group fitness instructor, a competitive triathlete, and a competitive runner. Michele has lived and worked across the US and abroad - in Egypt, China, the West Indies, and the Bahamas.
